11.2 Data Processing by Meta

11.3 Communication via WhatsApp
If you contact us via the WhatsApp button, your transmitted data (e.g., phone number, message content, metadata) will be transmitted to WhatsApp and processed there.
Please note that WhatsApp may process content and metadata outside Switzerland and/or the EU. A transfer of personal data to third countries (in particular the United States) cannot be excluded.

11.4 Legal Basis (EU/EEA/UK)
Data processing is carried out on the basis of:

Where tracking technologies (e.g., Meta Pixel) are used, this takes place only after your explicit consent via our consent management tool.
11.5 Legal Basis (Switzerland)
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Art. 31 et seq. of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG), based on our legitimate interest in communication and marketing or on your consent.
11.6 Data Transfers to Third Countries
Personal data may be transferred to the United States. Meta relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, additional safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR and Art. 16 revDSG.

We use a newsletter tool. Registration takes place via double opt-in.
